Dr. Ritwik Grover received his Bachelor of Arts at the University of Pennsylvania, pursuing a major in English literature while completing his pre-medical courses. His long interest in written and visual arts is what inspired him to eventually pursue plastic surgery. He completed medical school at the prestigious Dartmouth College where he graduated with honors. While there, he completed a dedicated research year during which he published extensively in plastic and reconstructive surgery. Dr. Grover then continued his integrated plastic surgery training at one of the nation's top hospitals at Cleveland Clinic. Renowned for their innovation, he trained heavily in reconstructive surgery and was able to participate in two face transplants. It was this cutting-edge experience that sparked his interest in facial cosmetic surgery. During his tenure in Cleveland, he extensively published peer-reviewed articles regarding breast reconstruction, lymphedema (swelling of the upper and lower extremities), and aesthetic surgery.
