She was not at all making me feel like she cared. And even since the calls to her or her nurse have been very disheartening. They haven't tried to find any resolution to my issue of getting my prescription refilled. I have had my medical records faxed and a letter although it felt discriminatory to even request that when she seen the diagnosis in my medical history that she pulled from the virtual chart from a previous provider. I showed her my records from my doctor directly and she still refused my refill. I went completely out of My medication, which I should never just stop cold turkey, and almost got a write up at work due to my inability to focus. She didn't treat me like a patient but more like an addict. She didn't truly heart concern she made a decision that wasn't in the best practice of medicine or best interest of the patient but for her own selfish desire to watch me suffer is all I can assume. Her nurse was rude upon call back and blatantly did not care about me being out of my med for several days at that point. I will never return to her as a provider and had to go to another provider to actually have my meds taken care of.
