Born in Stony Brook, Long Island, Morgan has recently decided to trade in the hustle and bustle of New York and head a bit more south to the “First State.” She is excited to see what new experiences await her as she begins exploring Delaware’s beautiful coastline and all this wonderful state has to offer.
She completed her education at Philadelphia University, now named Jefferson-East Falls, where she was enrolled in their accelerated 5 year Physician Assistant Program. Morgan received her Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies, a Bachelor of Health Science, and a minor in Psychology, all while playing competitive D2 soccer. She became captain her sophomore year, won team MVP, and won the CACC championship in 2015. She began her career working as a Family Medicine PA at an inpatient mental health and chemical dependency hospital in Philadelphia.
Being an athlete all her life, Morgan is very passionate about living a balanced and healthy lifestyle for herself and her patients. She encourages physical fitness, dietary changes, and making simple healthier choices in order to reduce the risk of injuries, prevent the development of chronic medical conditions, and improve an individual’s quality of life. She also promotes and understands the importance of positive mental health and its impact on a person’s overall well-being.
