Dr Moskal, a Brooklyn native, is an acclaimed orthopedic surgeon. He graduated Phi Beta Kappa with a B.A. from SUNY Binghamton, earned his Medical Doctorate from Washington University, and completed residencies at University of Virginia Medical Center. He joined Carilion Memorial Roanoke Hospital in 1988, serving as Chief of Orthopaedics since 2010. Dr Moskal expanded services, leads Orthopaedic Surgery at Carilion and Virginia Tech Carilion School of Medicine, and holds esteemed positions in the Hip and Knee Societies. With 75+ publications, 21 exhibits, 1,400+ presentations, and AAOS Exhibits Committee chairmanship, he's a respected figure. He resides in Roanoke with his family.
