Daniel Lockett Labovitz, MD, MS, is Medical Director, Montefiore Comprehensive Center for Stroke Care and Associate Professor, Neurology at our Albert Einstein College of Medicine. Dr Labovitz is a vascular neurologist with a clinical focus solely on stroke diagnosis, prevention and management. In his role at the Montefiore Comprehensive Center for Stroke Care, he has a particular focus on fostering interdisciplinary collaboration to better serve stroke patients. In 1987, Dr Labovitz received his Bachelor of Arts magna cum laude from Harvard University. He went on to attend Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons, earning his Doctor of Medicine in 1994.
