Called to come to the dermatologist to get a cyst removed. They scheduled me for their latest appointment they could do which was 4 PM, then they call me back a day before and tell me they can’t see new patients at that time. Rescheduled it for eight in the morning only to wait 45 minutes for them not to see me. I drove 40 minutes from Porterville to make this doctors appointment and they told me that the reason why it was taking so long was because they didn’t get a chance to verify my insurance the day before. If you don’t mind waiting in an office for an hour past your appointment time, this is the place to come. They don’t care about their patients. You’re just a $. When you wait on hold, it says they’re the best dermatologist in the west, laughable they suck so bad. And the ladies at the front desk kept blaming the people who answer the phone for their mistakes
