Caroline uses a variety of evidence-based practices when treating anxiety, depression, trauma, chronic illness, adjustment issues, grief/loss, emotional regulation, ADHD, ADD, learning disorders, domestic violence, life transitions, coping skills and mind-body connection. In teaching and as a mental health therapist, Caroline discovered the importance of building trust and relationships and listening to students and clients. She appreciates the intersection between physical and mental health for positive mental/physical well-being.
