Scott Weiss
Dr. Weiss graduated from medical school at Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He then completed his surgical residency at the prestigious Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center/Harvard Medical School in Boston, Massachusetts. While at Beth Israel, Dr. Weiss was trained in all aspects of forefoot/hindfoot reconstructive surgery as well as lower extremity limb deformity correction.
Dr. Weiss is double board certified via the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery (foot surgery and reconstructive rearfoot/ankle surgery). Dr. Weiss has been on staff at Stamford Health since 2008. He’s also on staff at the Stamford Hospital Wound Care Center and is certified in performing hyperbaric oxygen (HBO) treatments for complex wound-healing cases. He takes pride in helping diabetes patients with all lower-extremity ailments that involve wound care, neuropathy, and Charcot disorders.
