consultations and you may opt to follow up for goal setting, accountability and general progress check as often
as you wish with zero pressure. You will only be seen by an MD who is certified by the American Board of
Lifestyle Medicine. We work as a team with your primary care physician or other healers so you can be healthy!
Our approach is flexible, joyful, and trauma informed. We offer a free 15 minute meet and greet session so you
may decide if this is what works for you and if not, we will make every effort to direct you to the best modality for
your needs. Dr. Huber has practiced medicine since 1996, and has been a coach since 2009. She is ABLM
certified and an International Coaches Federation member, and is a certified trauma informed yoga instructor.
