Merry Markham, MD, FACP FASCO
Merry Jennifer Markham, MD, FACP, FASCO, professor of medicine, is the research lead for the UFHCC's Gynecologic Cancers Disease Site Group. She is the principal investigator for chemotherapeutic and investigational therapy trials for gynecologic cancers and is site PI for all Gynecologic Oncology Group/NRG Oncology gynecologic cancer trials. Dr Markham earned her medical degree at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine and then completed her residency in internal medicine at UF where she served as chief medical resident and later completed a fellowship in hematology and oncology. Clinically, Dr Markham's primary focus is on the care of women with gynecologic malignancies.
