Dr Silpasuvan received his undergraduate degree from Georgetown University in Washington, D.C., and his medical degree from the Georgetown University School of Medicine. He completed his internal medicine residency at the University of Illinois in Chicago, and a fellowship in endocrinology, diabetes, and metabolism at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, in Philadelphia. Prior to joining Sinai in 2011, Dr Silpasuvan was a clinical endocrinologist at Clinical Care Associates of the University of Pennsylvania Hospital System in Philadelphia.
