Dr. Joels specializes in vascular and endovascular surgery and has particular interest in carotid disease, peripheral arterial disease (PAD), limb salvage, venous disease, aortic and peripheral aneurysms, mesenteric and renal vascular disease, and dialysis vascular access. Dr. Joels, board certified through the American Board of Surgery (ABS), is an assistant professor in the Department of Surgery for the University of Tennessee College of Medicine, Chattanooga.
