Dr. Comai completed his undergraduate education at Albion College in Albion, MI and Wayne State University in Detroit, MI. He received his medical degree from Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine; completed an internship and residency- specializing in orthopedic surgery, at Detroit Osteopathic Hospital Bi-County Community Hospital in Detroit.
Dr. Comai is Certified in Orthopaedic Surgery through American Osteopathic Board of Orthopaedic Surgeons. He is a member of the American Osteopathic Association, American Osteopathic Academy of Orthopaedics, International Geriatric Fracture Society and American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons.
In addition to his professional affiliations, he serves as Board member on Calhoun County Parks and Recreation Committee and Board of Trustees for Kingman Museum.
Dr. Comai rejoined the Oaklawn staff in his role as physician and surgeon in 2018 and is now seeing patients at Oaklawn Orthopedic Surgery & Sports Medicine.
