Rachel Tarr is a board certified physician assistant who sees patients of all ages. She received a bachelor's degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Saint Louis University in 2001.
Rachel has a passion for educating patients and helping them understand what is at stake as well as what their role is to live a much healthier life. A Physician Assistant, or “PA” as they are called, can provide many of the same services as a physician. PAs are health care professionals licensed to practice medicine with physician supervision. As part of their comprehensive responsibilities, PAs conduct physical exams, diagnose and treat illnesses, order and interpret tests, counsel on preventive care, and write prescriptions.
