Dr. Weber received his medical degree from Kansas City University School of Medicine in Kansas City, Missouri. He completed a residency in orthopedic surgery at Des Peres Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri. He gained expertise in hand and upper extremity orthopedic surgery during fellowship training at University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson, Mississippi.
