Tom wants and encourages all of his patients to be able to find life enjoyment with movement and exercise, whether it is simply going for a walk, taking care of the home and yard or high-level exercise and competition. Tom’s passion is treating the general population that are hindered from their favorite activities by injury. Tom earned his Bachelor of science in Athletic Training with a minor in Psychology from Frostburg State University and later moved on to earn his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Widener University. Tom is a Board-Certified Clinical Specialist in Orthopedic Physical Therapy and has been an adjunct professor for the St. Luke’s University Health Network Orthopedic Physical Therapy Residency Program since 2017.
