Marina Moguilevitch, MD, FASA, is Director, Transplant Anesthesia and Professor, Anesthesiology at Montefiore Einstein. Dr Moguilevitch’s clinical focus is on anesthesia for the transplantation of abdominal organs. She earned her Doctor of Medicine degree at Yaroslavl State Medical Institute, Yaroslavl, Russia in 1989. After completing a clinical internship in internal medicine at North Shore University Hospital Queens in 2001, Dr Moguilevitch pursued a three-year residency in anesthesiology at Montefiore and graduated in 2004. After her graduation, she joined the department of Anesthesiology as a staff member, and was instrumental in starting the liver transplant program at Montefiore Medical Center in 2008.
