Terrible. Zero stars.

Kim is entirely unprofessional, out-dated, insensitive, tactless, narcissistic - and I have a hunch someone was really mean to her as a kid and she never recovered…

I came to Kim pretty desperate for help: ready to be vulnerable, share my recent struggles with a deep, deep depression and take some proactive moves with my eye health.

Well, Kim never learned that because before I even sat down, she pointed her finger in my face and said with force, anger and aggression, “you are an abuser!” She carried on with extremely abusive tone and language.

She could have helped me. I knew what help I needed. She never asked me! She shamed a person who had more than enough self shame already and it was a highly damaging experience.

Shaming and dehumanizing people went out of style a long time ago, Doctor. We can do a lot more good in the world as compassionate listeners and sensitive educators. Use your knowledge to help and teach people, rather than SHAMING.

Oh, and her husband is the other doctor at the Hamp Plaza location and she let me know that he’s exactly the same. Stay away.
