Dr. McCoach has given physical examinations for members of the New York Giants Football Team and he has provided stress testing for candidates of the Bloomfield, New Jersey, Police and Fire Department.
"I can't remember a time when I didn't want to be a doctor," says Dr. McCoach. "In addition to helping my patients improve and maintain their cardiovascular and overall health, I find it rewarding to develop long-lasting personal relationships with them. I treat each of my patients as an equal, and I enjoy partnering with them in decisions about their health and well-being."
When he is not working with his patients, Dr. McCoach enjoys reading fiction, history, and science fiction. He especially enjoys spending time with his dog, LiLu (or WeeWoo). "LiLu has a busier social life than most people," says Dr. McCoach. "When I'm with my patients, I share LiLu with my mom and a good friend. LiLu spends her busy days running errands, visiting people in the nursing home, and taking happy walks. Sometimes when I'm lucky enough to walk her, people I don't even know call out to LiLu, ask who I am, and ask how I got lucky enough to walk her that day!"
