Luis E. Ramirez, MD
Mr. Luis Ramirez was born and raised in Santi Spiritus, Cuba. Since a young age, his parent’s showed him the importance of discipline, studying and sacrifice. He decided to become a Doctor while he was in high school. He graduated as a Doctor in Cuba in 1969. In 1980, he emigrated to the United States where he studies continued. He took a few courses at the University of Miami to become a Physician Assistant, a few years later he passed his exam and became a Physician Assistant in 1992. Once he became a Physician Assistant, he had his private practice up until June of 2014, where he joined Doctor’s Medical Center. He states, “The most rewarding aspect of being a Physician Assistant is treating each and every patient and the relationship I have with each one of them. Each patient is different and educating them on their health and helping them live healthier lives is very gratifying.”
