I am a Family Medicine Physician with passion for health education, nutrition and exercise. My initial interest in medicine stemmed from a friend who was a medical student while I was in high school. Additionally, my fascination with biological sciences inspired me to pursue medicine as a career. My passion for helping underserved populations is the driving force in doing what I love every day. I graduated from the National Autonomous University of Mexico. I completed my Family Medicine Residency at the Wichita Falls Residency program in Texas. I was honored with the position as Chief Resident and received a teaching award. I became board certified in Family Medicine thereafter.
