Why I chose to pursue a career in healthcare: My grandfather was diagnosed with renal cell carcinoma when I was 16 years old. I was already interested in a career in medicine and after the Urologist performed his surgery, I started researching urology. I was drawn in by the diversity of the specialty. After completing urology clinical training in Pittsburgh, I knew urology was my calling. What I want my patients to know about me: I grew up in Carlisle, Pa. After living in the city for many years, I was excited to get back to the country and be closer to my family. I am excited to be back treating individuals from the region of Pennsylvania I grew up.
