Hatem Halabi, MD, F.A.C.S., is a surgical oncologist at City of Hope® Cancer Center Chicago. Dr Halabi’s areas of clinical practice include evaluating and treating gynecologic, colorectal and gastric cancers using advanced techniques and technologies. These include minimally invasive and robotic surgeries, which are designed to offer greater precision, faster recovery and fewer complications, and sophisticated procedures such as cytoreductive surgery in combination with hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy (HIPEC) for advanced cancer and hepatic artery infusion (HAI) therapy for colorectal cancers that have metastasized to the liver. Dr Halabi is dedicated to empowering and educating patients throughout their cancer journeys.
