Why I chose to pursue a career in healthcare: I chose family medicine because of the wide spectrum of population and practice. I see patients from the moment they are born to the moment they take their last breath. I am grateful and blessed to be able to impact and partake in the care of everyone around me. What I want my patients to know about me: We get out of life what we put into it. The way we treat others is the way we ourselves get treated. Medicine and healing is not meant to be a one-way street. It is a bond. It requires a lot of communication, trust and effort from both parties and I enjoy when my patients actively partake in their care.
