In 1997, David Watson, PT, MS, President and CEO, partnered with a local businessman and four physical therapists that all recognized a need for comprehensive rehabilitation and physical therapy services. PHOENIX Rehabilitation and Health Services, Inc. was created to be a better and different kind of physical therapy company.
