Dr. Paydar is Board Certified and is the Medical Director of Aesthetic Studio Clinic, The Eye Clinic, and Outpatient Certified Surgery Center. He also has extensive certified training in various facial aesthetic techniques and surgeries.
Kelley R. McConnell is the Clinic Administrator, Certified Laser Technician and Laser Safety Officer with the Arizona Radiation Regulatory Agency. She has been in the medical field and a surgical assistant for 25 years. She has performed over 1,000 various procedures at Aesthetic Studio Clinic.
She has additional in depth training with the PiQo4 laser, Cutera XEO laser, Vzet UltraSound, Thermi Radio Frequency device, Infini Radio Frequency Microneedling, CoolSculpting, Zimmer Zwave, SkinStylus Microneedling and medical grade chemical peels through OBAJI Medical.
She focuses on the clients needs and desires for personal changes in their appearance. Offering them a multitude of treatments to effectively correct and reverse the time clock with minimal or no down time form their normal day-to-day routine.
