Alexandru B. Chicos, MD is a cardiac electrophysiologist at Northwestern Memorial Hospital. His interests include prevention of sudden death; cardiac resynchronization; catheter ablation for complex arrhythmias, such as ventricular tachycardia, post-maze atrial flutter and atrial fibrillation; balloon cryoablation; epicardial ablation of ventricular tachycardia; and screening, diagnosis and prevention of sudden death in patients with cardiac sarcoidosis. He is an assistant professor at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine.
