I am writing with disappointment about my recent interaction with your staff in Bridgewater this morning. I called to inform the scheduling team I was running late to my appointment by 12-21 minutes (Uber ETA) due to a foot surgery I had last week. I had fallen down the stairs while trying to catch my Uber to my appointment as I am in a boot and crutches. The individual I spoke with was extremely rude and said I could not be seen today and would need to be rescheduled (end of March). I understand it's critical to be on time for appointments ( I am a medical doctor myself), however this individual's behavior was unacceptable. I would expect more from a customer service standpoint, even if my appointment needed to be rescheduled. Overall, a very negative experience.
