Daniel S. Yip, M.D., is a cardiologist specializing in advanced heart failure and transplantation.

In addition to his clinical responsibilities, Dr. Yip leads the Mayo Clinic campus in Florida's patient experience efforts. Other responsibilities include leading Mayo Clinic's patient experience surveying across all sites. Dr. Yip is also a member of the Communication in Healthcare faculty, delivering courses and consultation to improve communication between health care providers and patients, as well as among health care providers.
