We have recently learned a tremendous amount about the mind-body connection. I integrate a holistic approach into my work, which leads to a deeper level of understanding and to more meaningful and profound change. Effective therapy should result in greater overall wellness, not just alleviation of symptoms and problems.
Ultimately, the power of therapy lies in the value of the relationship. I focus on creating an environment in which the client can feel safe, heard, encouraged, and supported. Successful therapy requires trust, commitment and effort, but the results can be both life-affirming and life-changing.
