About
Our administrator is Marilyn Incleto. She is licensed Administrator and Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and our son Mark is an LVN. They are both experienced in caring of Elderly for many years. Marilyn worked for ten years in a convalescent hospital specialized in caring of Alzheimer & Dementia patient and other related elderly care. We also have experienced employees, CNA, live-in; live-out, part time and on-call caregivers.
OUR MISSION: Our mission is to provide continuous quality care to our residents. Assist our clients in maintaining their independence through exceptional service that caters to their individual needs. We care for our residents in an atmosphere of dignity, respect, love, and joy they deserve throughout their life.
OUR GOAL: At Golden Meadows Home, we strive to provide our clients with highest level of care. The welfare and physical well-being of our seniors are our utmost priority.
At present we have a Vacancy for Female share bed room. Our monthly rate for shared room starts at $1,300.00 and $2,500.00 for private room or depend on client’s level of care. Our rates are negotiable if so require. We are looking forward to meet you & visit our facility at your earliest convenience and refer us client as soon as become available. Thank you.

Golden Meadows Home (GMH) is a Residential Care Facility for Elderly (RCFE) was licensed by Department of Social Services, State of California. We are licensed for six (6) bed, Dementia, and Hospice care program. We have two private rooms and two share bedroom, two full bath, alarm in all exit & inside house, emergency call in all bathroom constant temperature as required by the department, individual room air-conditioned, front and back patio with garden furniture, spacious backyard beautified by garden of flowers and fruit trees. Our facility is maintained for cleanliness both outside and inside house, beautiful décor according to holidays and occasional celebrations.Our administrator is Marilyn Incleto.
