Blue Haven RCF - Dallas (formerly Four Seasons RCF) is under new ownership and going through a major renovation . It is a beautiful 16 bed secured facility located in Dallas, Oregon. Our secured facility is ideal for seniors with Alzheimer's and other related dementia. Our building has beautiful patios where residents can sit and relax while enjoying the view of our breathtaking landscape. We are pleased to offer private apartments, as well as private restrooms, so residents are comfortable in an intimate setting and have an individualized feel of home. We have a 24 hour supervision policy in place, so rest assured that your loved one is well taken care of. Our attentive staff at Blue Haven RCF, are always pleased to assist with bathing, grooming, housekeeping, laundry, medicine, mobility and other needs. Our activity director has a program in place to keep our residents active and engaged. Our activities are varied, and tailored to the needs of each individual. We provide an on staff registered nurse who helps manage and monitor the health care of the residents. Three well balanced meals are provided daily, along with enriched snacks. Alternatives are provided for residents on restrictive diets. Blue Haven RCF is very affordable, and we accept month to month tenancy.
