JohnsonÆs Personal Care Home is a small licensed personal care facility for senior residents, located conveniently in Luzerne County, Pennsylvania, just minutes from interstates 80 and 81. We offer a full scope of personal care services, including transportation, medication management and meals. Our aim is to make the lives of our residents comfortable and gratifying, while helping them maintain their independence. Staff members at JohnsonÆs Personal Care Home are First Aid and CPR certified. They attend monthly training sessions to acquire updated medical information and to help address special needs patients. Throughout your loved oneÆs stay at our caring facility, we stay connected with families to provide them with peace of mind. We frequently hold meetings with both our residents and their family members to discuss services, social events and many other topics. Bedrooms at our facility include all utilities with the exception of long distance telephone service. We are proud to provide our residents with daily personal laundry services, housekeeping, laundered linens, smoke and fire detector systems, and cable television hookup at no charge to our residents. We offer all residents three meals a day, 24 hour staff, cable television in the living and dining areas, and daily activities. On-site, we have many services to help make the lives of our residents easier. For health purposes, we offer medication management, visiting lab, diabetic care, and dental and podiatry services. We assist residents with the scheduling of transportation to get them to and from appointments or just for leisure time. Our beauty and barber salon ensures that your loved ones will always have the opportunity to look their best. Our goal is to provide a friendly and comfortable environment.
