Kirby Manor is 55+ senior only independent living. We offer free underground attached garage parking and all electric utilities, meaning no expensive gas heating bill in the cold winters!

Kirby Manor is nationally owned and operated by National Church Residences, based out of Columbus Ohio, and holds senior properties all throughout the United States. The building was fully remodelled in 2005, which means brand new carpeting, painting, cabinets, bathrooms, and appliances in all apartment units.

We are located in West Cleveland on the Lakewood boarder, and within walking distance are several diners, eateries, shops, grocery stores, and parks. Within a 2 mile radius is the post office, bus lines, hospital, and Edgewater Park. All freeways are accessible from Kirby Manor such as Route 2, I-90, and I-71. We are minutes from downtown Cleveland.

Kirby Manor has 8 floors and 147 one and two bedroom apartment units. Featuring both northern views of the Lakewood GoldCoast, downtown Cleveland, and Lake Erie, and southern views facing Detroit Avenue and St.Rose church.
