Professional Initial Assessment & ongoing 60-Day Reassessment!
Most clients requesting home care already have an idea of what services they’d like to receive, or have worked with a health care professional who has made such recommendations. At ComForcare, our Registered Nurses will work with the client, family and other health care professionals to develop a comprehensive care plan for the caregiver to follow. This ensures that the needs of the client and family are fulfilled during the care. And there is no charge for this initial assessment. Moreover, we do on-going 60-day reassessment visits, as well.
