Camelot Nursing and Rehabilitation Center accommodates 66 residents. We offer physician-directed nursing and rehabilitation services. We provide both semi-private and private rooms. The aim of our staff is to deliver treatment with compassion, as we strive to serve the physical and emotional needs of the residents. Utilizing an interdisciplinary team approach, we develop individualized plans of care for each person focused on health, functional abilities and independence.
Camelot Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is licensed by the State of Connecticut and is an approved Medicare and Medicaid provider. We also participate in a variety of commercial insurance plans.
