Senior Care AFH Living
This isn't just assisting living, it's a loving home. Senior Care AFH Living is a form of senior care in Washington that is authorized by the government and must follow a strict criteria. There is a limit of six residents in each AFH. This means that there is always personalized care for your loved ones. In Senior Care AFH living, nobody is just a number. We operate with the understanding that many residents are used to their home and dining alone or with a few family and friends. It is a huge undertaking for many elderly to go from that quiet setting to a large home with hundreds of residents. Health may be another reason many of our residents shy away from a larger resident care facility. This small number provides an intimate social setting which fosters community and lifelong bonds between seniors and their peers. We welcome family and friends to visit and be involved in making this a healthy and relaxed place for senior living. Here they enjoy privacy but are provided assistance with the daily care they need. In addition to general assistance with grooming and maintaining medications,we provide hospice care when needed. As an Senior Care AFH home, we are run by licensed gerontologists and always have a nurse on call. Usually there is more but never less.
