Because we respect the fact that individuals have their own needs and preferences right from the beginning, we meet with each resident and family before they move in, and at regular intervals afterwards to help determine appropriate care and service. From personal grooming, to meals, to help with activities of daily living, our watchful team members offer caring assistance 24-hours a day. Our goal is to enable our residents to live an active, independent lifestyle while our dedicated team members, including licensed nurses, provide assistance with medications, personal grooming, housekeeping, laundry, transportation and other specific services depending on the needs of our residents. When it’s time to dine, you’ll enjoy well-balanced meals served daily featuring a variety of menu choices in gracious dining rooms conveniently located near your own private apartment.
For residents that require more extensive personal care services, we also offer more comprehensive services which include transfer assistance, incontinence care, assistance with ambulation, dining, and more.
Locally owned and operated since 1970, Telesis Management Corporation has earned a reputation for outstanding standards of quality. Monticello West residents have priority admission to other Telesis communities in the event another level of care becomes necessary.
