Using the Holistic approach to wellness, Cambridge Village of Wilmington focuses on all aspects of a healthy lifestyle including: physical, intellectual, social and spiritual wellness. We will offer a broad range of activities including lecture series, live entertainment, arts and crafts, nutrition and health workshops, veteran’s events, and church services. In conjunction with healthy dining, our 20,000 square foot wellness center includes a indoor pool and a full complement of strength and cardio machines. Regular group fitness classes and individually planned exercise programs are developed by our full time Wellness Director. Staying active helps our residents maintain their independence.
