A computer lab to make keeping in touch with your family and friends easy. Our fitness room and activity rooms will help keep you busy and active. It is difficult to decide which is more impressive – our deli with its snacks and coffee, and the adjacent mini store or the huge dining room with its soaring ceilings and natural beams, reminiscent of a fine restaurant. Three meals a day are served in the dining room, offering several entrees for you to chose from.
Assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming and medication monitoring is provided in assisted living. Well trained and multilingual staff is available 24 hours a day to assist you in case of an emergency
A limited number of assisted living apartments will be available to seniors who qualify for the COPES (Medicaid) program.

Park Place is a very special retirement and assisted living community located 3 miles east of Boeing Field in Seattle. The doors are scheduled to open the end of April providing 154 luxurious studio and one bedroom apartments for seniors. All the apartments come equipped with microwaves, refrigerators, carpet and blinds. Each apartment has an emergency call systems with pendants available for even more peace of mind. The private bathrooms are handicapped friendly, with several offering roll in showers.
