I heard about Body with Hypnosis from a girl I had gone to Jr. High & H.S with on FB.She had lost 32 lbs. I asked her about it. She refered me to Body with Hypnosis with Dr.David Esklin. I contacted him between Christmas and New yeasr 2014.Began Hypnothearpy on or around Jan 1 2015. I went from 211-13 to 193-4 at this time 4-22-15. The main thing I have experienced is an absence of struggle when I'am at a function and offered cake or other sweets.The impulse to eat sweets and other fattening foods is gone. I have for the last 5-6 years worked out at the gym and have always sabotaged those efforts by lack of impulse control where eating was concerned. I,am feeling very good about how I look,fitting into jeans I had outgrown and my weight reduction progress. I have averaged about a pound or so a week weight loss. I have altered my diet and am motivated. It cost 1000.00 bucks for 6 sessions.I just finished my last session Friday 4-17.When I tell co-workers they give me the look,but I say "How much is feeling good about your self, and how you look everyday worth? Then you can see the wheels turning in their head as they think about that. I feel I got my money's worth.

Dr. David Eskelin has helped my friend quit smoking. I came to three sessions over nine weeks and have lost about a pound a week! ReLly happy.
