I am a psychologist serving the Tri-Cities area. I provide individual therapy, to children and adults, as well as couples and family therapy. I trained as a generalist and pull from a variety of therapeutic approaches, including interpersonal process, insight-oriented, and cognitive-behavioral. I believe that the focus of therapy is the achievement of insight and both intra- and inter-personal growth. This means different things to different people and families, so I actively involve you in the direction of your therapy and will check in often to make sure that your needs are being met. My practice is very small and private. Confidentiality is a priority. There is no charge for the initial consultation in order to provide an opportunity for both me and my clients to determine whether therapeutic services at my practice are appropriate.
