Services offered by Kara Van Buskirk at Enlighten! Counseling include an initial comprehensive intake/assessment, individual counseling/therapy sessions, couples therapy, family counseling, EAP counseling sessions and empowerment coaching.
The goal in all counseling or coaching sessions is for the client to learn & utilize strategies that can break through limiting beliefs/negative feelings/past traumas and start incorporating empowering beliefs, positive self statements and healthy activities toward living a life filled with peace of mind, harmony & total wellness.
