The Eastgate location is terrible! I had a new patient appointment at 5:00. Traffic was terrible and I called the office 3 times to see if I could still attend my appointment. The first 2 times nobody answered and the 3rd time the answering service told me that they did not have a back number for the office. I walked in the office at 5:15 and was told I could not be evaluated because they have a 15 minute late policy. If I would have walked in at 5:14 I could have been evaluated. Terrible customer service. I am a Nurse Practitioner and would never treat my patients this way.. Unreal!
