Service was fine and Dr was thorough and pleasant but handling money matters is an entirely different story. I was encouraged to get inserts for my child's shoes and was told my insurance would cover it. I expressed that I did not want to spend money on inserts if not necessary but again was told that my insurance would cover it. The inserts were ordered and no one bothered to call me to let me know that insurance would not cover and to ask my permission to order anyway. I was never informed until I received a $430 bill. Upon inquiry, I was told that the Dr. had discounted $250 so the $430 would stand. This was my first visit and my last. I cannot recommend this facility. I've never written a poor review before but I am beside myself with this hefty bill and the lack of communication.
