Amy Leland, MD, received her medical degree from Indiana University School of Medicine. She completed her residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation at Indiana University School of Medicine. She is board certified in physical medicine and rehabilitation. She has previous experience as a night doctor, emergency room extern, and electrocardiology technician.
As a physiatrist, she has a special interest in nonsurgical spine (neck/back) care, EMG, spinal cord injury, and impact of function on quality of life.
In her spare time, she enjoys John Grisham law novels, reruns of the TV show Friends, and vacationing at Ft. Myers beach with family. She was a competitive gymnast from childhood through high school and can still walk on her hands.
