Still holding out final review until I find out about the questions I have been asking regarding POC's and their price/availability for a hopeful upcoming vacation out-of-state!! First the number I called on the third was Number for them – – I thought – – that was on the sticker on the machine… Turned out to be disconnected and googled it to get the right number… She was going to check to see what was the closest office to return the tanks to… And never heard back!! Waited a couple hours to make my return Airline reservations… Glad I didn't wait all this time… They went up $12 apiece in the time I was trying to get a hold of them and hear back!! Other than that they have been wonderful… Both in the office and the guy who came originally and to bring us more supplies… He is in the new work location I guess now but the girls in the office in great… I will try to let you know after I find out today… Someone else pointed out that they shouldn't try to charge me $125 a week-- for the rental of the POC… Which would end up costing me probably $375 – – when they are paying my insurance company to supply me with oxygen… our local company… Which is not in the network… Quoted me $125 for a month!! WT H?? also… Why should we have to drive and try to find them to return it… They should be able to come there and pick us pick the materials up… To save us the hassle time and gas money!?
