I had been searching for a toilet seat extender for an elder friend who lives in another town at all the big box sources near her home, with no success. Because the home had an elongated toilet, the standard seats were not fitting once I tried them at home. After a day of frustration, I made one call to McNabbs and was assured they had a seat that would fit, When I picked it up, I found It was higher quality than any of the others I had purchased and returned and what reassured me even more, was that McNabbs wouldn’t have allowed the return due to sanitary concerns. (Makes sense, right? I was trying them on a toilet, after all!) Two more bonuses: it fit perfectly and it was 1/3 the cost of the one I had just returned! Shop local! Shop quality!
