I had knee replacement surgery on my left knee at Pomona Valley Hospital and required a special foot brace due to complications. J & K received an order from my doctor for this brace from my doctor. A representative from J & K Orthopedics came to the hospital and proceeded to put a brace on my left foot that belonged on a right foot. I kept telling the lady that it was for the wrong foot and it was easy to tell because the toes of the brace were facing the opposite way that my toes were. She kept telling me that it was the correct one and sent me home with it. A couple of days later I went to my doctors office who confirmed that they made a big mistake and I had to go to J & K Orthopedics and pick up the correct one.
