have utilized citrus ridge twice and I planned on doing it continually, until I met Melanie F the patient coordinator. Because she was so pathetic in a simple blood test req. I was trying to get from my primary. Something this simple, takes hardly any organizational effort and should be seamless. I had to call the office and forward messages to this coordinator seven times. I got no feedback whatsoever,I had set up everything and they still could not call me back and tell me what to do and where I was at ..7th time I called back I was understandably upset..did not want any part of this arrogant inconsiderate unorganized alleged coordinator on the phone. She took the phone and with lack of any customer service. she defiantly argued with me even though I was telling her how upset I was over the way I had to call so many times to follow up..and I needed communication back and forth. I got none, related to a simple task.why would a patient have to follow up that many times when messages are being forwarded to this unprofessional dysfunctional person. the patient, to have to go through this.. with a simple thing like this,to turn from a molehill.is is uncalled for and unprecedented in my behalf. I did not swear, at her I was firm .quite upset and I wanted to let her know... once she got on the phone, and she ended up telling me to take my business elsewhere. I had not wanted her,On the phone and I had explicitly told the secretary.. the way she had handled this I did not want to deal with her. Unfortunately. so after I told her about proper business software of a coordinator and the function that the business needs to have.she took it personally, even though on it was on a professional tangent. so this know-it-all , that can't even take a note. Or this office that cannot communicate notes. Does not take any responsibility, to the fact that I need to call every week to figure out what's going on. what is a coordinator for?? if they're not coordinating and they're not calling back and they are not following up and they are not communicating by any format. This is elementary.. in my phone alone I can use a calendar. This has a similar function of reminders. is this considered derisive on my behalf.? voicing my displeasure.. did not get me a call back . none, upon my request, with the owner this comes into focus, based on the lack of proper customer service, overall., so here I am. No longer a customer. I choose to demand half my money back as of now
